




Summer is always a great time to boil up some clams. The taste is refreshing during moderate climate. I decided to put together a quick shellfish dish for lunch before jumping into an airbrush painting that I have to do later this afternoon. Plus, it gives me a reason to fire up the dSLR and take a few creative macro photos for my blog! (I was too lazy to set up my off-camera strobe and so I just ended up using a white cardboard as a reflector.)
Pasta alle Vongole with cream and wine sauce.
